Conditions of Sale

General conditions

By purchasing a puppy from Fairytail Forest Boxers, the buyer agrees to all terms set forth in this document. The buyer accepts full responsibility for the care, housing, diet, and welfare of the dog.

Deposit & payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or at the time of collection. If the buyer changes their mind, the deposit is forfeited. If we are unable to provide the reserved puppy for any reason, the deposit will be refunded or transferred to another litter at the buyer's discretion.

Health guarantee

At time of sale

The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. The buyer has 72 hours to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. If the vet finds the puppy to be medically unacceptable, it may be returned for a full refund, provided a written statement from the vet is supplied.

Genetic conditions

We provide a two-year guarantee against lethal genetic defects (including ARVC and DM). If the dog dies or must be euthanized due to a genetic condition within this period, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value when available. Vet records and an autopsy report may be required.

Desexing policy

Our puppies are not desexed before they go home. We recommend waiting until 18–24 months of age, once the dog's bones and joints are fully developed, before desexing. The release of the puppy and its pedigree papers is conditional on the new owner agreeing to have the dog desexed at this later stage. No exceptions will be made.

Rehoming clause

If at any time the buyer can no longer care for the dog, the breeder must be contacted first. The dog must not be surrendered to a shelter, pound, or rescue organization, nor sold or given away without our prior knowledge and consent. We will always take our dogs back or assist in finding a suitable new home.
